Catering Guidelines: What You Need to Know
Are you thinking about catering with Down South? We’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions to help you plan confidently.
How much notice is required to place an order?
We need a minimum of three business days’ notice to get the food ordered from our providers and prepared for you.
Does the pricing include sales tax?
No, pricing does not include applicable sales tax, so this will be added to your total.
What is your delivery area?
Delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our home base in Ozark, MO. We can deliver beyond this radius, but an additional $50 transportation fee applies to cover the extra travel distance.
How do I confirm my catering order?
Once you place your order, we’ll confirm that we’ve received and accepted it. After confirmation, we’ll send you a payment link via text or email. Once your payment is processed, your spot is locked in, and we’ll deliver your order hot and fresh at the scheduled time. Please note: Payment must be processed to secure your booking. Unfortunately, we do not accept CODs.
